A place to grieve and find solace |
In a world where everything is fast, grieving is expected to be dealt with swiftly, my invitation is for you to slow down, take a deep breath, and give yourself all the space you need to grieve. Grief requires your full attention. It cannot be dealt with quickly or filed away deep within your soul because it while it was cast away, it gathers momentum and becomes destructive.
Slow Grieving was a vision and deep desire to create a safe, nurturing and nourishing space for women to find solace as they navigate the chaos of grief. The aim of Slow Grieving and the Healing Hearts Project is to sprinkle compassion, love and healing in my local community and across borders. Over the years, Slow Grieving has expanded her services to include grief support which is a series of sessions to explore grief following a significant loss or major set back. |
