What is grief support? In grief support the emphasis is on working together to process the different aspects of grief and the challenges you are experiencing. Grief support is not only following the death of a loved one but can be of great help following a divorce, a break-up or major setback in your life. The sessions focus on your personal needs, emotional as well as your spiritual needs as you navigate the physical, social and cognitive facets which often surface following a significant loss. Exploring gentle self-care practices to help you make the changes you need and live and love with zest is one of the main strategies we will explore during the sessions. How does it work? I prefer to work with clients over an extended period of 6 months as it is the most beneficial based on my clients' feedback. We start off with a free 30-minute initial intake to meet and see if we are a good match. Once you have decided to work with me, we plan in our first one-hour session. The sessions are based on your own personal needs and goals. We will meet once a month online for one hour. You will also receive email contact and support in between the sessions, and these are agreed in advance based on your needs and preference. If you live in The Netherlands, you will also receive a grief care package which includes a copy of my book and carefully curated items to the value of €50. The 6 sessions costs €1080. There is no pressure to share if you do not feel like sharing. At each gathering, you will get the chance to work with Corinne and together with other community members explore a specific grief topic.
